At AviNuts, every box is packed with joy, flavor, and a whole lot of love. Since we work with edible products, we follow strict food safety guidelines — but we’re also big believers in good vibes and happy customers. Here's everything you need to know:

🛍️ Returns – Unopened Items

Changed your mind? No problem. You can return unopened, sealed items within 7 days of delivery if:

• They are in their original condition and packaging.
• They were not part of a bundle, sale, or clearance deal.

📩 To start a return, email us at info@avinuts.com with your order number.

Note: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

🔄 Exchanges

Want to swap something for a different flavor or product? We offer exchanges for unopened items of equal value within 7 days of delivery.

• You’ll cover return shipping.
• We’ll ship your new items once we receive the original.

💔 Damaged or Incorrect Items

We’re so sorry if something arrived damaged or not quite right. Please email us within 2 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the full box (before unpacking)
• Close-ups of any damaged or incorrect items

✅ Once confirmed, we’ll provide either:

• A replacement, or
• A full refund, and
• A prepaid return label if needed

❌ What We Can’t Accept

Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Opened or partially used snacks
• Items reported after 7 days (or 2 days for damage claims)
• Bundles, sample boxes, or final sale items
• Returns based solely on taste preferences

❗ Order Cancellations

Need to cancel? You have 2 hours after placing your order to request a cancellation. After 2 hours, your order may already be in progress. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to stop it — just email us right away at info@avinuts.com.

💳 Refund & Exchange Processing

• Refunds (if approved) are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Store credits are valid for 60 days.
• Exchange orders ship within 3–4 business days after we receive your return.
